General induction: this is refers to introducing the new employee to the organization setting. Top management may involve in this step and they may address to all recruited new employees at once as a group, not individually.
Special Induction: This is refers to introducing the new employee to the job and job environment. Immediate supervisors, field expertise, co workers/ peers and some times subordinators may involve to this category. This is directly refers to the work that needs to done by new employee. So this step may critical thing at the organization. At this stage new employee might solve his/her problems, which are relating to his/her works.
